Project Rave Medicine provides digital services, educational content and programmes. Because these products are delivered digitally and may become accessible immediately after purchase, specific refund conditions apply.
By purchasing a product or service from Project Rave Medicine, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.
Digital products — general policy
Our products and services include, but are not limited to:
- Memberships and community-based programmes
- Workshops and live events
- Downloadable materials and resources
Once access has been granted, our products are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical errors: if a technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing the product or service you paid for.
- Billing errors: if you were charged accidentally or in error (e.g. duplicate charges). Please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
- Accidental orders: if you contact us promptly before accessing the content, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Third-party checkout
Purchases may be processed by third-party checkout providers such as CopeCart or similar platforms. In such cases, the refund process may be managed through those platforms. We will do our best to assist you in any case.
Event and live programme cancellations
In the event that a scheduled workshop, event or live programme is cancelled by Project Rave Medicine, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future date.
