Background

Christina Lengasova combines a background in economics and health with over a decade of experience in nightlife and music environments.

She began working in hospitality at the age of sixteen and spent her first season on Ibiza in 2008, gaining early insight into the industry from the inside. Over the following years, she continued working in nightlife while completing her Master of Science in Business and Economics.

After several years in corporate roles, she stepped away from that path due to personal health challenges. This shift led her to study health-related disciplines, including epigenetics and psychological approaches to stress and regulation.

In 2023, she returned to the music scene with a clear focus: to bring health into an industry where it has largely been absent.

Background Experience

Health is not built through isolated interventions.

Christina's work is shaped by both personal health experience and a deep connection to the music scene.

Born in Russia, raised in Germany, and later living for several years a nomadic lifestyle, she developed a profound understanding of how strongly human wellbeing is influenced by environment and belonging.

The music scene was one of the few places where this sense of belonging was consistently present. The dancefloor was a space where she experienced connection, movement, and stability during challenging periods of her life.

At the same time, her work is grounded in her own health journey. For many years, she experienced complex and unresolved health challenges despite seeking medical support. It took more than a decade before the underlying patterns became clear.

This process revealed both the complexity of health and how isolating it can be when people are left to navigate it without structure or support.

Health is not built through isolated interventions.
It requires knowledge, structure, and consistent support.
And environments where people do not have to carry everything alone.

These insights later became one of the foundations behind Crew School.

A Different Perspective

Christina's background in economics and health shapes how she views the industry.

Health challenges in nightlife are treated as individual issues. In reality, they follow patterns shaped by environment, biology, and structural conditions.

People working in high-stress environments experience similar challenges, yet often perceive them as personal problems rather than systemic patterns.

Most forms of support focus on symptoms at the individual level, while the underlying conditions remain unchanged.

This creates a gap.

Her work addresses the interaction between environment, biology, and structure.

This perspective led to the creation of Project Rave Medicine.

Vision Background
Vision
"The future of the music industry depends on the wellbeing of the people who sustain it."

Health is not an afterthought. It is the foundation the scene is built on.

A culture where the realities of the industry are acknowledged openly, where stability replaces constant survival mode, and where people across the scene have access to knowledge, support and community.
